What do you think is a pressing issue/controversy today with healthcare design?

There is a need for innovation that improves outcomes. Four major drivers in design are creating safe environments, creating efficient environments that improve quality of service, designing work environments that improve recruitment and retention, and understanding the return on capital investment. The evidence-based process informs transformational solutions that improve outcomes.
