Listening to the Customer
It was pleasant to note that among those companies receiving the fewest complaints, art/mural services came in first place, and architects and building design companies made it into 10th place. Great news!
According to Angie Hicks, founder and CEO of Angie’s List, businesses that make it into the least complained about list show that they know how to listen to their customers, get to know what they want, and deliver. Grading on overall experience, price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism, the poll is a way for consumers to see which categories are earning good service reviews.
