Fresenius Kidney Care, a division of Fresenius Medical Care North America (Waltham, Mass.), recently completed work on a new facility in Wellesley, Mass.

The 8,250-square-foot facility includes a 16-bed dialysis center, negative-pressure isolation room, staff support offices, and water treatment room.

The project team includes design-build general contractor South Coast Improvement Company (Marion, Mass.).

The project began in December 2020.
