New Era Partners, a vertically-integrated commercial real estate development and capital investment company in Grapevine, Texas, announced three behavioral health projects for Oceans Behavioral Hospital in Louisiana, Texas, and Indiana, as well as one for Nobis Rehabilitation Partners in Allen, Texas.

The projects include:

  • Oceans Behavioral Hospital – Hammond: The behavioral health services provider in Hammond, La., has completed a new 32-bed hospital that will provide inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment options for geriatric patients.
  • Oceans Behavioral Hospital – Baton Rouge: A former surgical hospital and medical office building in Baton Rouge, La., will be converted into a 40-bed behavioral hospital. In addition, the medical office building will be used for outpatient behavioral services. Anticipated completion of the hospital conversion is January 2021.
  • Oceans Behavioral Hospital – Waco: This new 48-bed hospital will provide inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment options for adult and geriatric patients.
  • Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital: A new 46,395-square-foot, 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital is being constructed in Carmel, Ind. The facility, managed by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, is projected to open by the end of 2020.
