Healthcare  architecture firm PhiloWilke (Houston) has announced two team member promotions.

Zach Mitchell, AIA, has been elevated to associate partner and Robert Babb, AIA, has been named partner.

Mitchell joined the firm 8 years ago, while Babb has been with the firm for a decade.
