Providence (Renton, Wash.) and Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, Calif.) are planning a new hospital in Victorville, Calif., to replace the aging Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, Calif., according to an article in the Daily Press.

The 260-bed hospital will be a full-service acute care facility with a medical office building and other ambulatory services. Providence would operate the hospital.

The $750 million project is planned to be operational by 2028.
