Sana Behavioral Health (Las Vegas) is planning a new 55+ inpatient behavioral health hospital in Kennewick, Wash., according to an article in Tri-Cities Area Journal of Business.

The 16,518-square-foot, 16-bed hospital is the second of five Sana Behavioral Hospitals being built in the West. The first opened in April in Prescott, Ariz.

The $2.8 million project will focus on treating psychiatric issues, as well as medical conditions such as diabetes.

The project team includes Chervenell Construction (general contractor; Kennewick).
