Sioux Center Health Secures Project Funds For 2020
Sioux Center Health, Orange City, Iowa, received approval for the issuance of $8 million of Sioux County’s bonding authority, a key part in the hospital’s efforts to fund a planned $33 million expansion in 2020. According to an article in NWestIowa.com, Sioux Center Health plans to expand its senior living campus at Royale Meadows and Crown Pointe and add a memory care facility.
Reporter Eric Sandbulte writes: “The Sioux Center Health’s main campus also will be expanded, with attention to remodeling the main entrance, adding 16 medical exam rooms to the family medical clinic and adding seven rooms to the specialty clinic. A third portion of the project includes building a 6,044-square-foot medical office building on the southeast portion of its main hospital campus.”
