University of Miami Health System (Miami, Fla.) topped out the UHealth at SoLé Mia medical center. The 7-story facility is being constructed as part of the 184-acre master-planned community of SoLé Mia in Miami.

Situated on 10 acres, the 363,000-square-foot facility will house 110 exam rooms, 10 operating rooms (ORs), and 33 clinical cancer treatment units.

Open green spaces, including a reflection garden with views of the ocean and SoLé Mia’s 7-acre Crystal Lagoon, are also planned.

Services will include oncology, neurology, cardiology, endocrinology, otolaryngology, gastroenterology, dermatology, orthopedics and sports medicine, and physical rehabilitation services.

Arcadis (Miami) is the architect and Robins & Morton (Birmingham, Ala.) is the general contractor for the project, which is being co-developed by LeFrak (Manhattan, N.Y.) and Turnberry (Aventura, Fla.).
