The University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH), a 580-bed hospital in Albuquerque, N.M., has chosen HDR and FBT Architects in partnership to proceed with the design of the UNMH Modern Medical Facility.

The UNMH project is part of a multiphase, multiyear project to design, construct and operate a new Modern Medical Facility to serve the communities of New Mexico.

HDR and FBT Architects completed the Replacement Hospital Master Development Plan in 2016 with additional updates in 2018 and 2019; and following a rigorous interview process were selected for the new facility.
