ZGF recently added six partners to its leadership roster:

Victoria Nichols, AIA, LEED AP, has more than 22 years of experience managing the planning, programming, and design of a variety of projects in the healthcare sector. She brings expertise in facilitating the Integrated Project Delivery process as well as in Lean planning and design.

Solvei Neiger, AIA, ACHA, has three decades of professional experience working on healthcare and institutional projects. Her medical background includes master planning, planning, programming, project management, technical design, and construction administration. She has also worked on remodels, new construction, and major additions to existing hospitals.

Sharron van der Meulen, leads the interior design practice, heading ZGF efforts in programming, space planning, and interior design for a diverse portfolio of projects that includes corporate workplaces, law offices, civic and federal institutions, healthcare, and aviation.

James Woolum, AIA, IIDA, plays a key role in elevating the quality of interior architecture at ZGF and broadening the firm’s client reach, from corporate to healthcare and education projects.

Mitra Memari, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has more than 25 years of professional experience in architecture and her work represents a mix of large-scale and technically complex projects, ranging from research laboratories, academic facilities, and healthcare buildings to high-performance commercial and mixed-use developments

Vlad Pajkic, AIA, LEED AP, brings an expertise in typologies including cultural institutions, mixed-use developments, and corporate office buildings.
