Northern Health Selects Project Team For University Hospital Of Northern British Columbia’s Acute Care Tower In Prince George 

Dialog BC will design the project, which will house enhanced surgical, cardiac, and mental health and substance use services.

Healthcare provider Northern Health (Prince George, B.C., Canada) has selected the project team for a new acute care tower at University Hospital of Northern British Columbia (Prince George), according to a news release 

Architecture, engineering, and interior design planning firm Dialog BC (Vancouver, B.C., Canada) is selected to design the new tower, and EllisDon Corp. (Mississauga, Ontario, Canada) is the builder.  

The new tower will house enhanced surgical, cardiac, and mental health and substance use services.  

Construction is expected to begin in fall 2026, with completion targeted for winter 2031.
