Margaret Mary Health Prepares To Open Replacement Hospital In Batesville, Indiana

The $115 million, 125,000-square-foot project anchors a 23-acre campus.

Margaret Mary Health (MMH) is preparing to open a replacement hospital in Batesville, Ind., this summer, according to a news release.

The $115 million, 125,000-square-foot hospital houses inpatient, emergency, surgical, imaging, maternity, and cardiac rehabilitation departments, as well as a lab, sleep clinic, public café, and chapel.

The new hospital anchors a 23-acre campus that also includes the adjacent Margaret Mary Physician Center and Margaret Mary Outpatient and Cancer Center.

Danis Construction (construction manager; Cincinnati) and Bruns-Gutzwiller (general contractor; Batesville, Ind.) managed the project. GBBN (Cincinnati) served as architect and designer.
