Floyd County Medical Center is set to begin construction this fall on the second phase of a campus expansion in Charles City, Iowa, according to kchanews.com.

Phase two comprises five new operating rooms (ORs), a cafeteria and kitchen, and a materials management department. It is expected to be completed by early 2029 at a total cost of approximately $39.5 million.
