The project includes a new psychiatry building and somatic care building.

The project will add 80,000 new square feet and renovate 40,000 existing square feet.

Mayo Clinic will invest $217 million in the growth and modernization of Saint Marys Campus, located in Rochester, Minn., while also relocating and upgrading its Cardiac Surgery facilities.

The $4 million project included renovations throughout the hospital.

The project was jointly designed by CallisonRTKL and SmithGroupJJR.

The project is now expected to be closer to original projections of $275 million.

The musculoskeletal center will be a three-story, 80,000-square-foot medical office building.

The eight-story, 306,000-square-foot Heart & Vascular Hospital consolidates all of UNC Rex’s cardiac care together in one location.

Plans include adding more than 22,000 square feet of new hospital space, as well as renovations to approximately 32,000 square feet of existing space.

The project includes a 14,000-square-foot expansion of the emergency department, additional patient rooms and beds, and additional parking.
