The renovated clinic houses nine exam rooms, a lab, and emergency trauma room.

Plans call for 25 private patient rooms, five operating suites, a 14-room ED, and expanded wound and infusion center.

The Laurel will consist of a new 27,000-square-foot MOB located next to an existing facility called The Willow, more than doubling the space for specialty practices.
