The new Salinas Medical Offices will house 20 exam rooms, a pharmacy, and lab.

The project adds eight operating rooms sized to house the hospital’s surgical robotics program.

The project will add 36 beds, as well as additional space in the OR and women and infant services areas.

The project integrates a surgical OR with an advanced X-ray imaging system and is an extension of the hospital’s cath lab.

The 2-story, 71,000-square-foot community hospital will house 13 inpatient beds, two surgical suites, ED with trauma bay, and an outpatient clinic for primary and specialty care.

The final structural beam was placed for the $838 million, 500,000-square-foot neurosciences facility.

The final structural beam was placed on the top floor of the 17-story tower, which will house 636 private patient rooms and is expected to be completed in late 2026.

The new clinic will offer services including urgent care, occupational medicine, work injury care, women’s health, immigration physicals, and sports physicals.

The 144,000-square-foot hospital will house 48 inpatient beds, a 12-bed ICU, ED, cancer center, labor and delivery, diagnostics, and critical care units.
