The $138 million inpatient hospital will replace the Marshall I. Pickens Psychiatric Hospital and will be located on the Greenville Memorial Hospital campus.

The 10,000-square-foot facility houses 11 patient rooms, a trauma center, and imaging services.

The 40,000-square-foot project will include a 14-bed ED, 12 inpatient beds, and outpatient services such as imaging, lab, and physician practices.

The 8-story facility houses 109 private NICU rooms, six couplet care rooms, and 30 maternity suites.

The facility will provide expanded inpatient and outpatient services, physical and occupational therapy, and skilled nursing.

The 10,844-square-foot facilities were built using a preassembled modular system that required intensive coordination with sitework and utilities.

The 282,000-square-foot greenfield facility houses 82 beds, with space to expand to 202 beds.

The new $36 million project will consolidate care into one building with 36 beds, including a four-bed high-acuity unit.

The facility houses 160 inpatient beds, more than 90 chemotherapy chairs, 12 radiation vaults, and increased space for clinical trials.
