The $540 million project will replace an existing hospital and house 147 beds.

The 467,000-square-foot psychiatric treatment facility will house 350 beds and is expected to be completed in 2028.

The project adds two trauma bays, as well as new chemo and lactation rooms.

The 395,000-square-foot expansion will include 140 inpatient beds and 48 exam rooms, nearly doubling the size of its existing ED.

The $50 million project will add 17 treatment bays, a three-bay trauma room, 15 fast-track bays, and dedicated areas for pediatric and behavioral health patients.

After more than 30 years of sharing space with MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital, the pediatric campus will stand alone and include a patient tower and ambulatory building.

The hospital is set to open a 185,000-square-foot addition, which includes a dedicated outpatient surgery center, women’s and children’s unit, and inpatient beds.

The 28,000-square-foot facility offers access to healthcare services including cardiology, urology, orthopedics, gynecology, gastroenterology, and podiatry.

The project will replace six buildings with a new 14-story, 300-bed hospital.
