The project will add a new 3-story north wing and a 2-story south courtyard infill, increasing the hospital’s capacity from 169 to 193 beds.

The new development on Valley Children’s main campus will include healthcare, housing, retail, recreation, office space, and hospitality.

The 492,000-square-foot ambulatory care facility will include 47 departments in a 6-story building on the campus of the William Beaumont Army Medical Center.

The project will add a new 200-bed patient tower with six ORs, cardiac catheterization labs, endoscopy unit, and inpatient renal dialysis unit.

The project will add three floors to the hospital, including a new 28-bed CVICU.

The project encompasses 129,000 square feet of new and renovated service areas including a 36-bed observation unit, four ORs, 16 ED rooms, and five NICU beds.

The $31 million project will add two ORs and renovate 13,000 square feet of existing space.
