The 12,170-square-foot MOB will house urgent care, primary care, imaging, and physical therapy services.

The expansion will add 159 beds to the Level II trauma hospital, as well as an expanded ED, six new ORs, and three floors of shelled space.

The 78,000-square-foot project adds three floors to the hospital’s East Building to accommodate maternity care, cardiology, critical care, and neuroscience services.

The project consists of a 51,200-square-foot surgical suite renovation and expansion, including 18 new pre-operative and recovery rooms and a seven-bed PACU.

The acute care hospital houses 54 inpatient beds, an ED, maternity unit, surgical suite, and diagnostic and imaging services.

The 140,000-square-foot tower more than doubles the size of the hospital’s ED and includes six trauma bays, 47 exam rooms, and a new NICU.

The 72,700-square-foot facility, designed by Hoefer Welker, houses 72 beds, including 48 pediatric beds and 24 adult beds, in separate units.
