The project team on the 657,250-square-foot outpatient center included Lawrence Group and Perkins Eastman.

The 24,000-square-foot facility will house eight ORs and support outpatient services for total joint replacements and other orthopedic procedures.

The 4-story addition will double the hospital’s bed count to 114 and add four ORs, three surgical procedure rooms, and 10 ED treatment rooms.

The 15,000-square-foot facility consists of 21 treatment rooms, five fast-track bays, and lab and imaging departments.

The 135,000-square-foot replacement hospital is scheduled to open this winter with 64 inpatient beds, including an ICU, 24-bed ED, and five ORs.
