The 144,000-square-foot hospital will house 48 inpatient beds, a 12-bed ICU, ED, cancer center, labor and delivery, diagnostics, and critical care units.

The all-mass-timber replacement hospital will be completed in 2027.

The 12-story, 65,000-square-foot research facility is housed in a repurposed building at the center of Mount Sinai Hospital’s Manhattan campus.

The new unit will consist of an adult outpatient area, improved adult psychiatric intensive care, expanded child and youth programming, and specialized programs.

The new clinic includes an imaging center, laboratory draw stations, and same-day care.
