Located across the street from the main hospital building, the new facility will house 36 units for long-term custodial care.  

The 40,000-square-foot facility will be located on the third and fourth floors of the Henderson Health Center on the Baptist Hospital campus.

The $434 million project consists of 136 beds, a maternal health and delivery department with a Level II NICU, trauma center, and helipad.

The new facility houses 48 adult behavioral health beds, a 22-bed acute rehabilitation unit, therapy gym, and transitional apartment.

The project is on track to open in early 2027 and will house 218 inpatient rooms, 120 outpatient rooms, 36 neurological ICU beds, and 12 ORs.

The 71,000-square-foot facility houses cardiovascular, cardiac surgery, and rehabilitation services.

The project will include new ORs, a right-sized ED, private patient rooms, and a dedicated mother-baby hospital.

The project will include a freestanding ED with eight exam rooms, two trauma exam rooms, and a helipad; an outpatient imaging center; and clinic with 27 exam rooms.

The standalone children’s hospital in southern Nevada will be designed by architecture firms Shepley Bulfinch and Gensler.
