Several important deadlines for the 2025 Healthcare Design Conference + Expo are coming up as the conference gets ready to kick off Oct. 25-28 in Kansas City, Mo.
Here are some important dates to note:
- Advance registration rate deadline: The advance registration rate for attendees expires on Friday, Oct. 3. After this date, the standard registration fee will apply through Oct. 28. To register for the conference, go to hcd.com.
- Preconference tours and workshops: Preregistration is required for all pre-conference tours and workshops, scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 25—with rates going up on Oct. 4. - Nightingale Awards Competition: The deadline to enter the 2025 Nightingale Awards, presented by Healthcare Design magazine, is Oct. 10.
