Huntsville Hospital (Huntsville, Ala.) is constructing a $250 million orthopedic and spine tower, according to an article in WAFF 48.

The seven-story, 375,000-square-foot tower will feature 72 private patient rooms and 24 operating rooms for inpatient and outpatient procedures, including spine surgeries and knee and hip replacements.

As part of the project, the ground floor will house a lobby, kitchen, patient registration area, and restaurant. The 7th floor will be shell space for future expansion.

Chapman Sisson Architects (Huntsville, Ala.) is the designer on the project, which is expected to be completed in the first half of 2021.
