Montgomery County in Conroe, Texas, is planning a $50 million mental health center in Conroe, according to the website houstonchronicle.com.

Situated adjacent to Montgomery County Mental Health Treatment Facility, the new center will house 100 beds and is slated to be completed in June 2025.

The state will fund the facility’s operations, which will be outsourced.
