Anschutz Health Sciences Building At University of Colorado Breaks Ground

The seven-story, 390,914-square-foot, interdisciplinary building will be located on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colo., and is scheduled for completion in 2021.

The University of Colorado has broken ground on the new Anschutz Health Sciences Building at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colo.

Designed by ZGF, in partnership with Anderson Mason Dale, the seven-story, 390,914-square-foot interdisciplinary building includes facilities for computational research and clinical trials, an educational medical simulation hub, mental/behavioral health research clinics, faculty offices, and other educational and amenity spaces to be shared by the campus.

The project is targeting LEED Gold v4 and is scheduled for completion in 2021.
