Atlantic Health System (Morristown, N.J.) has opened the Atlantic Aortic Center at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown.
The center includes surgical and nonsurgical care for patients with diseases of the thoracic aorta such as aortic aneurysm, aortic dissection, aortic disorders associated with congenital aortic valve disease, and connective tissue disorders.
Testing, imaging, and follow-up care will also be included at the center.
