Aurora Medical Center Grafton Plans Expansion With New Inpatient Tower, Larger ED In Wisconsin 

The project includes a new 5-story, 125,000-square-foot tower to house 84 private inpatient rooms as well as an expansion and renovation of the ED.

Aurora Health Care (Milwaukee) is planning a major expansion of Aurora Medical Center Grafton in Grafton, Wis., according to the Ozaukee Press 

The project, expected to begin this year, consists of a new 5-story, 125,000-square-foot inpatient tower to house 84 private rooms, supplementing the hospital’s existing 132 beds.

An expansion and renovation of the hospital’s emergency department (ED) is also expected to be part of the project.  

Project completion is anticipated for 2027.
