Baptist Memorial Health Care (Memphis, Tenn.) plans to build a new hospital in Memphis, according to a news release.

The $24 million project, which has been approved by the Fayette County Board of Commissioners, will include eight emergency rooms, eight acute care inpatient beds, outpatient imaging, and lab services.

It is expected to take two years to complete.
