Barnsley Hospital in Barnsley, England, has expanded its emergency department (ED). The three-phase project included relocating the ambulance entrance, constructing a single-story children’s assessment unit (CAU) and pediatric ED, and expanding the adults’ ED.
Turner & Townsend (Leeds, U.K.) provided project management services for the 7,567-square-foot project.
