Bauman & Company and its investors have acquired the High Point Medical Center in High Point, N.C. from a physician-ownership group in an all-cash transaction. The High Point Medical Center is on the campus of a 351-bed hospital and surgery center that is owned and operated by the Wake Forest Baptist Health system. The two-story, 34,098-square-foot building is fully occupied by Wake Forest Baptist Health Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine.
