BayCare Begins Construction On BayCare Hospital Manatee In Parrish, Florida

The project will include a $563 million hospital anticipated to house 154 private patient rooms, as well as an adjacent 45,000-square-foot MOB.

BayCare Health System (Clearwater, Fla.) held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on BayCare Hospital Manatee and BayCare HealthHub in Parrish, Fla., according to a news release.

The project will comprise a $563 million hospital anticipated to house 154 private patient rooms, as well as BayCare HealthHub (Manatee), an adjacent 45,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB). The MOB will offer primary and specialty, outpatient lab, and imaging services.

The hospital is expected to open in 2028, while the MOB is anticipated for 2026.
