Not-for-profit integrated health system Baystate Health (Springfield, Mass.) and Kindred Healthcare are planning a behavioral health hospital in Holyoke, Mass., according to an article in the Greenfield Recorder.
The 120-bed facility aims to address the shortage of behavioral health beds throughout the region by increasing access to care for adults, seniors, adolescents, and children.
The $43 million project is expected to be complete in fall 2022.
