Private research university Tec de Monterrey (Monterrey, Mexico) has contracted with construction and architectural firm The Beck Group (Mexico City) to design and build its new TecSalud Health Sciences Campus, a private academic health center, at its flagship healthcare facility, Zambrano Hellion Hospital, in Monterrey.

The new site for the university’s School of Medicine and Health Sciences will be on 322,900 square feet and include two buildings housing more than 30 classrooms and 12 laboratories. Plans also call for new simulation labs for its medical education program.

It is planned to be completed in summer 2027.
