Bon Secours Health System Begins Construction On New MOB In Midlothian, Virginia

The 3-story, 87,790-square-foot facility will house specialty services and an ambulatory surgery center with two ORs and one procedure room.

Bon Secours Health System (Richmond, Va.) has started construction on a new medical office building (MOB) on the campus of Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center in Midlothian, Va., according to a news release.

The 3-story, 87,790-square-foot facility will house specialty services, including neurology, cardiology, general surgery, and family medicine, as well as an ambulatory surgery center with two operating rooms (ORs) and one procedure room.

Construction is expected to be completed in late 2026.
