CannonDesign (Buffalo, N.Y.) has hired Shary Adams as senior vice president for the firm’s health practice, specializing within the mental and behavioral health practice at its Washington, D.C., office.
With more than 30 years of design experience specializing in healthcare planning and architecture, Adams most recently worked for HGA where she led integrated healthcare design teams and behavioral health projects, including inpatient and outpatient facilities and emergency room crisis spaces. She also has served as a conference keynote speaker for Healthcare Design and The Center for Health Design.
