Catholic Health Plans $66M Hospital In New York

The 60,000-square-foot, 20-bed project will include medical office space and an emergency helipad.

Catholic Health (Buffalo, N.Y.) is planning a new $66 million hospital in Lockport, N.Y., reports The Buffalo News.

Situated on 22 acres, the facility will replace the former Eastern Niagara Hospital.

The 60,000-square-foot project will include 20 inpatient beds, 8,000 square feet of medical office space, an emergency helipad, and 278 parking spaces.

Construction is slated to start in September and be completed in early 2023.
