NexCore Group has broken ground for the new CHI Health Clinic in Millard in Omaha, Neb.
The clinic is patterned after a prototype NexCore developed. The new 38,700-square-foot facility will double the size of the existing clinic on the site.
The CHI Health Clinic Millard will provide a variety of healthcare services under one roof, including primary care, OB/GYN, specialty care, behavioral health, imaging, lab, physical rehabilitation, and a time share space.
The clinic is expected to open in summer 2020.
