Children’s Hospital Of Richmond At VCU Plans New Inpatient And Emergency Tower

A new inpatient and emergency tower is being planned for Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU (CHoR; Richmond, Va.), according to an article in RVA Hub.

The 16-story project, which will connect to CHoR’s outpatient children’s pavilion, will house a Level 1 pediatric trauma center, emergency department, inpatient units, new operating rooms, and family amenities.

Construction is slated for completion in 2023.
