Christina Mahady Joins AKF’s Healthcare Practice

The healthcare engineer brings experience in ambulatory care, campus-wide infrastructure upgrades, and proton therapy projects.

AKF, a global engineering, technology, design, consulting, and commissioning firm, New York, has hired Christina Mahady to its healthcare practice.

Mahady, a licensed professional engineer in the state of New York and a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional, has experience on a variety of large-scale critical and ambulatory care facilities, campus-wide infrastructure upgrades, and multiple proton therapy projects. Before joining AKF, she was a member of the design team for NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital’s Center for Community Health in Brooklyn, N.Y., and Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Conn.
