Community Health Connections (Fitchburg, Mass.) is opening a new health center in Gardner, Mass., according to an article in The Gardner News.
Situated on 13 acres, the 20,000-square-foot facility will provide primary and family medical, dental, and behavioral health services. An urgent care also will be included.
The project is expected to open by June 2022.
