Community Hospital Corporation Plans $400M Heritage Regional Medical Center In Sherman, Texas

The nonprofit acute care hospital will house 100 inpatient beds, as well as surgery, imaging, emergency, and outpatient services.

Community Hospital Corporation (CHC; Plano, Texas) plans to build Heritage Regional Medical Center (HRMC), a nonprofit acute care hospital in Sherman, Texas, according to a news release.

The $400 million project will house 100 inpatient beds, as well as surgery, imaging, emergency, and outpatient services. Infrastructure will be in place to support expansion of all departments with capacity for up to 200 additional inpatient beds.

Construction is expected to begin in early 2026 within the Heritage Ranch Master Planned Community and be completed in early 2028.
