Kogut Commercial Real Estate and Mittman Real Estate recently broke ground on Hunter Medical Plaza in San Marcos, Texas.
The 26,000-square-foot medical office building will feature parking for physicians and patients as well as flexible floor plans with customized build-outs.
Transwestern is providing leasing services. Other project partners include LK Design Group and CEC Civil Engineering.
The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
