Construction on a new medical office building (MOB) project in Irving, Texas, is underway.
The three-story, 58,485-square-foot Baylor Scott & White MOB is located adjacent to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. It will include approximately 226 surface parking spaces and extensive landscaping.
The project is being constructed by Mycon General Contractors and is expected to be completed this summer. Project partners include PMRG (developer) and GSR Andrade (architect).
