Watercrest Fort Mill Assisted Living and Memory Care is now welcoming visitors to their community sales office, offering prospective residents the opportunity to secure reservations in the 107-unit resort-style senior living community in Fort Mill-Indian Land, S.C. Spring 2020 is the target date for opening Watercrest Fort Mill’s 74 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments.
A spa, wine bistro, pool, fireplace, signature water wall, multiple dining venues, and children’s play space are included, along with an outdoor streetscape—a crucial element of the multi-sensory memory care programming.
Watercrest Fort Mill is currently under construction, It is the second senior living development project partnered between Watercrest Senior Living Group and Waypoint Residential. Their first project, Watercrest Newnan Assisted Living and Memory Care is currently welcoming residents in Newnan, Ga.
