Construction Work Wraps Up On Superior Medical Center Project

Construction is now complete on the new Superior Medical Center (SMC) in Superior, Colo.

The four-story, 60,000-square-foot destination health and wellness project includes a 229-space parking structure connected to SMC by a pedestrian bridge.

The facility is a component of Downtown Superior, a mixed-use master planned community.

The project broke ground in April 2017 and the project team includes PMB (San Diego; real estate developer); DSP Builders Inc. (Denver; general contractor); and Intergroup Architects (Littleton, Colo.; project architect). The project was delivered under an open book design/build Guaranteed Maximum Price methodology.
