Crisp Regional Hospital broke ground on an $183 million expansion and renovation project on its campus in Cordele, Ga.

The project will include two stories spanning 15,000 square feet, including 7,500 square feet of operating suite space.

Additionally, the project will renovate the existing outpatient facility, including updating post-operative spaces, the entrance, waiting rooms, and administrative areas.

The project team comprises CDH Partners (architect; Vinings, Ga.), Hoar (general contractor; Atlanta), Walter P Moore (structural engineer; Atlanta), Columbia Engineering (civil engineer; Duluth, Ga.), NBP Engineers Inc. (MEP; Macon, Ga.), and Impact Development Management (program manager; Atlanta).

Completion is slated for August 2025.
