Cross Hospitals Begins Construction On 48-Room Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital In Tucson, Arizona

The three-story hospital will include two rehabilitation therapy gyms and is expected to be completed in June 2025.

Cross Hospitals (Allen, Texas), which develops and manages new inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in the U.S., is constructing the Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital at The Bridges, a mixed-use development with retail, restaurants, housing and office space in central Tucson, Ariz.

The three-story, 55,100-square-foot impatient rehabilitation facility will include 48 patient rooms and two rehabilitation therapy gyms, with specialized physical, occupational, and speech therapists, according to a news release.

MYCON General Contractors (Dallas) started construction on the project in April.
